About Us
Our purpose is to empower women to ‘OWN IT’ in all "ITS" uniqueness, because we are not meant to be muted pastels. At Ruth’s Lineage, we strive to embolden women to embrace their inner voice – the very essence of who we are.
Ruth's Lineage was founded to fill a need founder Heather Head noticed while working at one of the Big Four. Over the years, she observed that many young girls weren't afforded the luxury of a village to empower and groom them for any environment they chose to pursue. She decided to create a sisterhood for those who had no village or simply needed a little extra. She created an authentic environment were women are given opportunities to LEARN and to COACH and to SUPPORT each other as they GROW personally and professionally.
As a Believer, she stands firm in the truth that God has called every woman to LEAD a life of influence and impact, which are at the center of our purpose.
